Falcon-class fighter, type 1 This one-man fighter is the most recent small craft made in Starfleet. During the Vaadwur War (see "my fleet" for more info), this fighter was designed to land into enemy bases on planets for sabotage, however, the first 100 fighters made, ready for sabotaging Nimbus III from the Tal Shiar, being stationed on DS-X, were destroyed in the Battle for DS-X, most in combat. As tensions between the Tal Shiar Alliance and the Federation rose after the war, Starfleet decided it was needed to have a fleet of improved Falcon-class fighters, shown in this project. The fleet is now known as the First Falcon Fleet, and composes of about 1,500 fighters. Four more fleets were made after, and about 50 ships were stationed onto each starship with a hangar bay. want to learn more? see the "my fleet" project.
