I entered for this character mainly for his tongue X) (And the character is cool, too.) Leo is a cyborg who lives in the future! He's best known in many dimensions and timelines as one of the sneakiest beings around. Anything can be stolen when he's around. He charges a hefty price, though! Estimated time: 1h 30/45 min Song: Nero's Day at Disneyland - Bent Chorals (now it actually plays ^^;)
