This is a Cloud Username Saver! It's nothing special, it just encodes the usernames into numbers so that they can be uploaded to the cloud. Then it decodes them on the other end. The real trick was getting it to be caps-sensitive. Credit to @ShadowScizor for giving me the idea to use costume names.
