They turned another corner, their surroundings seemed to get darker and darker.. Lavender was starting to doubt this "Sharkbait's" actual knowing of what they were doing. He seemed to sense her unsure as they passed yet another corner of vines and rock -someone could really get lost out here. "My pal Passaro's got a place here, he'll know just what we gotta do to get your lil' pup back." The soft-purple cat stopped as the path seemed to end in front of them. "I very well do hope so..." "Hope?" A rustling was heard above them, as a bright yellow surfy-looking bird swooped down to greet Sharkbait with some kind of special handshake of a kind. "Yeah man," "cool," "its been half a minute" "sure has." "So..." The bird watched them with thoughtful eyes. "What's up? " with a glance toward Lavender. "...girlfriend?" Sharkbait lightly laughed- "No way." -with an indignant look from the "house kitty". "Nope. Not why we're here." "You... wait! Lemme guess! You've invented a new kind of chewing gum that birds can use and I get to try it!" Lavender shook her head slowly. This was a terrible idea. Sharkbait's "good pal" was just as good help as an attention deficit pigeon. "You brought me lunch. You came to learn about underground catacomb fungus. You just wanted to see an old friend, remember old times." He paused, again taking up that studious expression. "Or maybe... Maybe old times aren't as far behind us as I thought.. You've gotten another job, you pleased puppy. And you, miss Rosey-Posey have lost someone and want them back." He seemed so amused with her shocked expression that she tried to pull it back as disdainfully as she could muster. "Lavender, not Rose." He shrugged, turning to the thick wall of rock and vines in front of them. "Eh, even I can't get 'em all.. Welcome to... my place." He pulled the vines aside to show a short tunnel. "Right through here.." Lavender came up beside Sharkbite. "How did he do that? I thought you didn't call ahead. " With his ragged blue fur, still not looking surprised in the least, he shrugged. "Passaro is a smart guy, this wouldn't be the first time he's surprised someone. I know you don't believe me, but he's really the best person around to get Pup back." "He is really good, isn't he?" "He's the best."

Passsaro Bird Age: About 17-19 Was once a kind of undercover bird, working with his buddy Sharkbait to help people, but those days are far behind him, or so he thought. When an old friend shows up asking for help, he won't turn them down, Bird is back in the game! But this time may prove harder than it'd been before.. Passaro is good-natured, a helpful and pretty chill dude. He's super smart, though most people don't even know because he's not one to to show off. Well, most of the time. I had this idea that all three of the characters get into some kind of story together, I'm gonna try drawing them if I have time. (I know someone can only win one character, but just to see which one and for fun cause I liked the idea! ^-^)
