Click Screen. The idea is to use a sensor to slow down the movement of the ball depending upon how fast it is going. If it is fast enough, then it will bounce, but if it is slow enough then it should stop bouncing and stay against the ground.
I messed up somewhere because this is not functioning quite like I want it to, but it does show the idea of using a layered ball for the bounce well enough. I credit almost every pinball game on Scratch, because most of them never ever stop the ball from bouncing.
