Hello and welcome to There Might Be Dragons! In these instructions, I'll tell you a bit about this RP, important things to know, and things that must be added to be accepted! These species are called "Serapies" and I love them! They were actually humans living on an alien planet, however strange gasses started to make the humans feral and instead of investigated the experiment was annulled and the planet bombed. The radiation caused lots of humans to pass away, but some fell unconscious and some woke up with tails and scales. You are allowed to make human characters! I have two. This Base took over 4 hours to draw and clean so it's bitmap friendly, so I'd rather it NOT get stolen. If it is, I will report you, unless you asked me properly or were creating a character for the RP. I. the Snake-tail MUST be patterned like a real snake. There are two snakes that permission must be asked for, A Cobra, and a Rattlesnake. Both are very rare, and their designs are altered. A Cobra design will have fangs, though not visible unless the mouth is opened. They also usually have very wide shoulders that will flatten and puff to make the traditional cape. Rattlesnake Serapis have visible fangs and a rattle, of course. II. A lot of them are children, and plenty are orphaned. Not all are mutated, however, the mutations are commonly abused more. They wear any clothes they can get, though it's not needed since the scales cover-up (On females) Everything but their faces, necks, and hands, and on guys their hips and down, with two cuffs around their arms. III. YOU CAN NOT USE RECYCLED OCs. Recycled OCs are ones that are used in more than one RP. I can't stress enough how I dislike them >:/ so if I find you using one I'll freak. IV. Don't make more then you can handle. You only get 3. Don't use alt accounts to get more. Only managers get more than three. V. Actually RP. VI. The humans were brainwashed when they were sent, so they usually have VERY basic names, such as Bil or Rit or Sarah. Complicated names such as Jeremiah are too long, and they really don't feel like thinking when they name themselves and their children. VII. The entire peoples are almost all Catholic with a few Atheist. Nuns are a very common job, especially since so many Orphans are coming for shelter. VIII. Its name reasoning has yet to be revealed, however, I will say, that the name ties with a MASSIVE plotline and that this RP actually HAS a plotline. So go figure it out :) IX. I will make anyone a manager, but only to invite all followers. I want this RP to become something big and fun and >Not Dead< so I want it to have tons of attention. If you RP a lot and help newer RPers, then I'll promote you for good :) X. Each Stat is good or bad, however, you need some bad :/ Instinct, the stat that means how human or snakelike they are. The gases still exist, but humans are less affected. Social, the more points you have, the shyer your character is/suspicious your character is. 3 points are the average social character/Ambivert. Camouflage, how well their clothes, snake and human bits blend with the environment around them. The backdrop is a prime example of how their world is, so be truthful! Speed, those with snake bodies of strangling snakes, your character will be VERY slow. If they are a cobra or viper, then they move quickly. Something that strikes fast but is generally medium speed, such as a rattlesnake, will be in between. Strength, again, research size and average strength for that type of snake :D HAVE FUN!
