This is a recreation of the Season 27 Titles made by pickledheads. I think this reminded me of the 2000 Y2K milennium era in terms of animation. Update: Turns out that these titles were made for a series of fan audios made by Season 27 Productions and are in no relation to the unmade Season 27 of Doctor Who. Go figure...
