We are now at the 4th block evolution! The rules are the same as Block Evolution, and the other previous versions II & III. This time, it's kinda NB-styled, and similar to III. However, while there is only 1 layer in the costume, there are actually 3 layers! Each layer depends on the digits value, which is either ones, tens, hundreds or thousands. If 1000 is reached, then we win.
