I just thought that since there were chibi versions of the Sailor Scouts in the Sailor Moon R Eyecatch and since the 90s anime and one of my favorite Cartoon Network shows, The Powerpuff Girls, both have reboots, I decided to 'Puff the main characters of Sailor Moon in an eyecatch from Sailor Moon R.
I added the Sailor Moon theme, made the guardians do a silly dance, (check out Usagi!) and made the title make a seal punch noise.
