Use The WAD keys to move the stick man,but he seems to slow maybe you should hold the backslash button o your keyboard to start running!
This is to @Funut 's Great work This is using his guide to make a great platformer some things were changed like the 8 frame run cycle and a 6 frame walk cycle and a toggle ,speed and jump "setter" just change the jump height- and what not.
