Use your favorite keys to drive the taxi. Carefully land on the magna-pads to pick up passengers and take them where they want to go. If you didn't hear what a passenger said or forgot where they were going, you can land on any platform for a visual prompt. If you are playing without sound you can press T to toggle text bubbles on/off. Flying tips: Don't press the keys for too long. The longer you press, the harder it will be to slow down. Land slowly by letting the taxi fall naturally and briefly pressing up if the descent becomes too fast.
