Remix and fill out the character bio template, if you want a custom character. 2. If you can't do that, comment which S1/S2 reject or recommended character you'd like to be. 3. If you're a veteran and want to play your old character in the debut (failed debuters from S2 who didn't join S3, you can do this too), comment your old character's name and you're in.
