This is an original song written and sung by me (@StevenTheSquare) to express my mixed emotions about going away to college. I'm excited for the adventure, but afraid to leave everybody I love back in the pacific northwest. I don't normally write music, just poetry, but I was having some insomnia and my sleepy brain started to create this. So, I wrote the lyrics and tune, and sung this (singing-voice reveal!) I'm sorry if my songwriting skills kinda stink a little (or a lot) and that my voice may or may not sound obnoxious on certain vowels. This is the last project I will make before my family embarks on our road-trip to my future college. DON'T FREAK OUT I WILL STILL MAKE PROJECTS AT SCHOOL JUST NOT AS MANY! However, this may be the last project you get from me for a month or so, depending on how busy I am and how long it takes me to get settled. You could make a music video to it, or add instrumentation (I think it might go nice with acoustic guitar or piano). But please don't rip off my work...
