Rules: 1 - Don't be OP. 2 - Don't instantly discover things. Coinsider that this is set at the modern world, soo basically start as a small country. (Modern world = Modern Age) 3 - You can't just attack another country, you must declare war first. The defender always goes first. 4 - Follow scratch's rules 5 - Adding new islands, rivers, lakes, etc is ok, but nothing beyond that.
