You HAVE to sleep in order to age, or you'll be stuck as whatever age you are at now. You can sleep at Sunset, Night, and Moonset. Click the nest your mother sits on to go to sleep. Arrow keys to move, and S to sit. YOU CAnT SIT IF YOU AR OLDEr THAN A KIT! Yes they have Warrior Ones, ha, they're basically a higher rank than Warriors, and they can be assigned two apprentices. Click the paws to go to a new room.
