⚠️ READ HERE BEFORE COMMENTING ⚠️ Nano's Story 2 remains U͟N͟F͟I͟N͟I͟S͟H͟E͟D, it was no longer possible for me to edit, change or add anything to the project EVEN if I removed sprites and sounds. I have gone over with several members of the scratch team about this as well as @griffpatch however there was nothing anyone can do. The project file size is 24mb out of the maximum file size 50mb. So It DID NOT go over the file size limit before you say that. The project JSON file was also only 5mb / 10mb. However this was most likely the cause of the project being unable to save. Before you suggest making it offline and then uploading it online, that doesn't work. It doesn't save. ● Several key unfinished features you may notice are: ∘ Being unable to visually see or control the other Nano's within the household. ∘ Needs weren't made. ∘ A lot of interactions with objects haven't been made. However, I started development of this game back in may 2019, and when faced with the conclusion that I could no longer develop this game anymore, I didn't just want to simply cancel it as I had come so far. So let this UNFINISHED project be a demonstration of things I've achieved. ■ Press 'G' to remove the grid during Build Mode ⫸ Helpful cheat codes to experience different elements of the game: (Press C, D and Space) ■ "burn" - Starts a fire on the lot ■ "death" - sets Nano1's Hunger to 0 ■ "max skills" - Sets Nano1's Skills to the max (may help with getting promotions if there's no way to progress those skills in-game) ■ "cutupuss is amazing" - receive 10,000 ■ "Police" "Politics" "business" "cooking" "Medicine" "Athletic" "Army" "Science" - the currently selected Nano will have that career ■ "baby" - Spawn a baby If you wanted to share your build/family with everyone else through a remix, all you have to do is press pause to save your game, then remix the project and when you click "load save" in the menu it will bring you to the house and family members you made! ● Features that are working which I am proud of: ∘ Fire spreading and burning (You will need the cheat for this to start though) ∘ Babies (When they stop responding that is supposed to be when they would've aged up into a child) ∘ The Social Worker who will come and take your baby if you neglect it ∘ Burglars who may come and steal your things at night ∘ Promotions and Careers! ∘ Ghosts ∘ Certain skill building like painting and exercising or using the piano or cleaning ∘ Wants and Fears! (Although not every want/fear is connected to an action) ∘ House building! (Took so long) ∘ Pathfinding - Made by @HashPanda Sorry if the project doesn't load for you but it's understandable considering it can't save on Scratch's website. Thank you to everyone excited for this game but this is the most I can offer in condolences, I wish I could've finished this but unfortunately it's impossible.
