> here is my part for the hunger games art collab, hosted by @summersunflower! thanks @summersunflower for hosting, i really appreciate the invite! > i chose to do primrose everdeen, the 12-year-old blonde-haired girl with blue eyes who "couldn't tip the scale at 70 soaking wet," gOSh, i love her. she's so sweet and caring and a great medic. no spoilers here for anyone who hasn't read the books. > for this drawing i referenced prim in her reaping outfit from the first book. the title is "tuck your tail in, little duck," to which prim responds with "quack," from the first book during the preparation for the reaping in this outfit! > the music is safe and sound by taylor swift, which was released for one of the hunger games soundtracks (probably catching fire.) > the background isn't mine, it's the reaping scene from the movies. > THE ART IS MINE! i worked for 44 minutes on this in procreate with my apple pencil and a reference, yes it's just base colors but i honestly was very proud of how this turned out! :) edit: loved by @hitthereplaybutton oh wow
