here are my rating stand rules: 1. no clowns whatsoever.2. any maverick oc will be an instant 0! 3. any scratcher that has followed me, will get the highest rating. 4. any scratcher that has gotten the bad rating from Mr.Clown, will get the highest rating. 5. no recolors, no copy OC's, no Villain OC's, no hacker OC's, no Dr. Wily OC's, and no Decepticon OC's.
