This guy is an old character from the game Tails sky patrol which I believe was his first of the spin off games. Probably knowing he is a wolf his a speed type. Ha his name is ironic because Fockewulf is an aviation company in Germany that makes military aircrafts. Not to also mention his bike is like Fang's in a way that it's like an exgear bike. He is the first boss to fight in the game.
