When Alpine was little she was poor and only dreamed of being Queen of the Skies but when she became a teenager she finally moved away from her adopted parents. She was trying to figure out who her mother and father really were when one day she got a message from the castle saying her mother, the Queen, had died. She was very sad about this but now she cheerfully rules over the skies respecting her mother and will sometimes see her if she looks past the castle in the sky where Alpine lives.
