BACKSTORY: Being an Absol, Byron was able to predict the disaster that was the crown's disappearance and the spread of crystallization. While this didn't save him from being influenced by one of the relics, it did give him a bit of extra time to prepare. He gathered a large collection of books and other materials, stored them deep in the isolated depths of a mystery dungeon, and now spends his days persistently searching his self-made study for answers. He firmly believes that there is another way to cure crystallization, one that doesn't involve finding the other treasures, and he will not rest until he's figured it out. Unfortunately, this strange determination makes him something of an outcast among both normal Pokemon and the more relic-focused Crystallized Pokemon. Despite his lack of a place in society, though, Byron refuses to give up on his ideals. Yes, one day they'll all see... ~Music is "Star" from Undertale. Kind of.
