I hope this is adequate! So Spectre finds something wrong with his TV. He goes up to check it, and he gets sucked into it. He becomes a Silurian in the Whoniverse! And he finds himself at the part where the Doctor and Rose are saying goodbye. He doesn't notice that fact, and runs over with a fan*insert gender here* scream and hugs him. Meanwhile, the Doctor and Rose are like "idiot Silurian ruined our scene". I REGRET NOTHING. Like a Dalek falling down the stairs.
