Press Z to change between the edit version and play version. No lie this is literally one of my favorite medleys in SMM2. Took a while but I got it so they sync almost perfectly. So make sure that, if you plan to use both songs in Mario Maker's fashion, to copy the scripts as well as the songs into your backpack.
