@Catsdogsandfoxes for the RP, clearly Gamefreak/Nintendo for Pokemon The song is "Ragged Mountain" from Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon (and by far my favorite soundtrack in the game ^w^) -DUSTIN- ~Dustin is very logically grounded and questions just about everything that's unfamiliar to him, often denying the fact that what he knows is wrong. Because of this, the world of Pokemon has his head constantly spinning, and he thinks he's in a coma at all times. ~Despite the fact that he has four powerful moves, he's terrible at using them (especially since he intentionally refrains from using Dig), and isn't good at using much other than Double Kick. ~Whenever there's a mess (which is often, due to Benny always tracking sand into the house), Dustin works meticulously to clean it up. Benny sometimes jokingly calls him "a Minccino in a Bunny Suit", a joke Dustin always fails at understanding. ~He's very straightforward, and humor, as well as slang, tends to be lost on him. ~Despite his loner nature, he still persists in staying around Benny, because, even if he'd never admit it to himself, he needs Benny to help him get through this crazy world. ~He never really was a Pokemon fan, and only knows the very basics of just a handful of Pokemon, and doesn't even know what a proper Bunnelby does. -BENNY- ~He actually has a really big appetite, but doesn't tend to bother people about it. ~A gentle giant, Benny would never hurt anyone unless he was protecting someone else. ~Nothing gets him panicked, except seeing someone in danger, even if it's just a stranger on the street. ~He carries a large bag on him, which essentially serves as the travel pack for the duo. It's loaded with berries and other essentials. ~Unlike Dustin, Benny actually knows how to use his moves, but typically doesn't because of his pacifistic nature. ~He essentially sweats sand, which is one of Dustin's biggest pet peeves about him, even if he can't control it. ~Benny's actual name is Benjamin, but he doesn't tell most Pokemon that. (I may add to these later) Aaaaaanyways, here's my bois! I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, as it felt more natural and organic when it came to writing them, thankfully~ As of this bio being shared, they haven't met, but I've planned out an interesting first chain for the two... If you wanna know how I decided their species, basically, I wanted to make a Scorbunny character for something, but came to terms with the fact I wouldn't be able to use it for months. Buneary didn't suit the archetypes I was going for, so here we are with Bunnelby! As for Benny... I don't really remember. I think I was thinking of other Ground-types, and... somehow, Hippopotas drifted into my mind. Hippopotas is pretty underrated, so maybe I can bring him into the spotlight, as I like to do~ (and if you're wondering about the whole "Dustin having moves but not being able to use them" situation, let's just consider it a Detective Pikachu sort of case.)
