Its size is bigger than Earth but smaller than Neptune. On Chromatia, 1 year is 777 days and each day is 33 Earth hours. It has 8 small moons. It orbits around a red giant star named Carminium by the humans. It is 200 million miles away from Carminium. It is not in our solar system but it is still in the Milky Way. The distance between Chromatia and Earth depends on their obits. The distance ranges from around 350 million miles to 1.5 billion miles away from Earth. The climate on Chromatia is cold. The average temperature during the day is 46 degrees Fahrenheit and during the night it is 29 degrees Fahrenheit. There are water and oxygen on Chromatia. Its sky is purple and the planet doesn’t have clouds so it never rains or snows. It has a very mountainous terrain. The mountains are rainbow striped like the mountains in Danxia Mountains in China. The mountains are very rich in minerals, which is the reason humans colonized this planet. Chromatia has very unpredictable winds because the mountains deflect them. Its oceans cover 1/5 of its surface but the oceans are very deep. The biggest source of fresh water that comes on Chromatia comes from its mountain springs. This means it has lots of waterfalls. Humans have a colony on the planet. They are called Chromians by the rest of the universe. The human population on the planet is around the low amount of 3.4 million people. The rest of the universe has almost 57 billion humans. The people speak evolved forms of Earth languages. The people living here are mostly miners but there are a few goat herders. The people live in metal and glass shelters built into the side of the mountains to protect them from the cold temperature and strong winds. Humans built turbines to harness energy from the waterfalls. This means each civilization is centered around a large waterfall. The biggest city on Chromatia is Rainbow Waterfalls. Rainbow Waterfalls has one of the largest waterfalls. It is 5 miles wide and 1,000 feet tall. Rainbow Waterfalls is also a major port to and from Chromatia. Vehicles fly in and out of the port all day, every day. Jet packs and flying ships are the main ways of transportation in Chromatia. Trade with other planets is very important to the survival of humans on Chromatia. Chromians trade minerals and metals with other planets for food. Hang gliding is a popular but dangerous sport on Chromatia. The native creatures on this planet resemble birds, fish, mountain goats, and leopards. The plant life is limited mostly vines, short trees, and grasses because of the rocky ground. Most of the plants are not edible so the people grow plants in greenhouses. These plants are the hardiest plants from foreign planets because most plants can’t adapt to the red sunlight.
