This strange prodigy toon has received a redesign! Time to rewrite his previous backstory. He simply is in the same grade as Buster Bunny and all other important students seen in Tiny Toon Adventures, but is in a different homeroom. He has no enemies at the moment, and is trying to search for one for his future cartoons, as if that'll ever happen. Wilbur is still a great prodigy though. Wilbur sure looks more like an actual toon now, even if he won't make into any actual cartoons. He has a hatred against anime, simply because he's a Western toon. (I don't hate anime, I watch them from time to time.) This new little quirk will be developed further in a future project... what is it? I don't feel it's ready to be shown yet, especially since there will have to be three new characters for it.
