Another flashimation welp. This time it's a lip sync because I finally figured out how to do sounds on there. There will be more but the second part of the animation went a bit wrong because I was animating too fast and now I need to redo it... Scratch killed the quality AND the timing this time. Ugghhh...I fixed the timing to the best of my ability though...but you still might want to play it a few times to get the timing better... First person to guess who this is and what episode it's from gets a waffle. (TDIT guessed -- it's the Master from the Sound of Drums.)
