Elec Man is a Robot Master built by Dr. Light, and his weapon is Thunder Beam. A.I.: Moves quickly and jumps either forward or backward while quickly shooting thunder beams. Power Gear: Shoots three 3 thunder beams then throws thunder orbs towards the ground many times.
