A: A "CC" stands for Coloring Contest, where (most of the time) the host, will use a line-art base/draw one, and then without adding colors, would say it is completed, then sharing it for everyone to color, once all the submissions have been turned in, the host judges the submissions, and whoever gets placed in what gets a prize!
