She came from this "Clan/Gang" (it's kinda like warrior cats type of stuff) Called Killer Angles. They are basically an assassin type of "Clan" so sometimes they would target people and go assassinate them or they would just go off on their own and just randomly kill people. Everyone wore a mask to make sure they don't get caught. Brianna doesn't get assigned to anything that much so she just goes off and does her own thing. When she kills people on her own, she flys around (considering that she has wings) and looks for someone to kill. So the effect that happens is kinda like the Yandere sim effect where the more people she killed the crazier or messed up she gets. In this meme, it is showing that she "accidentally killed someone she loved and realized what she did. And that is basically it.
