This is a little experiment. What it does is make the various colors in the picture glitch out, giving it a poor quality "8-bit" effect. For example, look at FNAC 2's menu. The colors glitch out because they are separate images piled up together, such as a picture where the character is 100% green, another where it's 100% blue, etc. Also, for maximum glitching, remove all black outlines from the photo and change the "ghost" effect to 70.
