The best and appropriate place to advertise your projects are in a forum like this one! http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/6658/ 2. When you make your first project, feel free to do testing, and learn what each block does and mean! SO don't start off with a complicated game, just start off making the cat move and do cool effects! 3. To reply to someone's comment, Simply click the Blue "Reply" button on their comment and then type in your comment to them, then click "Post" 4. If you see a mean comment or a bad project that breaks one of the Community Guidelines, Just calmly press the Report Button (put your mouse over the bad comment and you should see the report button appear) and the Scratch Team will receive it and notify the user who broke a Community Guideline.
