He's literally from Star Fox and in the Super Smash Bros. series. He is also an explosive. Like he is a literal bomb like around 4 radius of explosion. My logic on this is pretty weak anyways so, I'll let @hyskinner1 do the talking about what Smart Bomb does. Anyway, bye! :3
