He has depression, and several unhealthy relationships, goals, habits, and perspectives. He focuses on others and making them happy, while ignoring his own needs. He is detail oriented, and wants to be "perfect". A lot of people take advantage of him, and he does as they want, as long as it makes them happy. He only has two actual friends, named Victoria and Luce (pronounced Luke). He gets possessed by Ebola at one point and kills Victoria.
