Since the Map is going to have a aesthetic Of Bright yellows,blues,Pink,purples,and black.You May Lighten or darken colors though for Lighting or shading.EDIT:You may Now Use different colors aside from the palette,However,You Must Make the colors from the Palette still show In the map part.Like all the colors suddenly switching to the Color Palette In an Important scene. 3. Medium-Level animators and above,As In,having some experience In animating.If your doing your part In PMV / Or Not animated,still be a Little experienced. 4.You can Do PMV or AMV,please let me Know which 1 you are doing. 5.You May use Up to 2-3 sprites,and can animate the background if you want to,This way it won't be that hard to put the parts together. 6.The code word is ''I'm the bad guy''. 7.You can use your Ocs 8.You can do up to 4 Parts.
