This is a collab, remix. Backstory: Shortly after the end of AFOWCE2, an unknown country brought an incurable disease which brought the "end" of Windows CE again. Then, Windows CE looks like the Windows CE in this part, but all mashed together, and no countries.
The music "Look-a-Like" is from the Sonic OVA. I don't own any rights to the song. Windows is a subsidiary of Microsoft. I don't own any rights to the OS.
