TBM's Mechanic: He will randomly go though cams until reaching one of the doors. Closing the doors on him won't do any effect since he can automatically disable them and jumpscare you instantly. To avoid him, you must hide under your desk and wait for him to pass through the office. You'll hear him walking through, when are stops, you can come out from hiding.
