This took me a while to make because I was gonna think for her a night Sky Pack OC, but I think it will only allow day characters, and I was thinking about the rainbow one, but it looks too blue for that, so I had an idea about a new Sky Pack character that grows plants with magic on her head back to normal (including food on plants.) (if plants/trees from the Sky Pack land are destroyed by a monster OC.) When she uses magic, it rains for some minutes, then turns to a rainbow, and then, the plants from the Sky Pack land grows again. And yes, she is a student.

Credit to @Carriage and @TheCyanSnail How I made the more decorated plants paste to the background: I made the plants with more than 1 step, then I regrouped all the shapes, then I clicked on copy, then I go to a different sprite a paste them and then shrink the size! NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED.
