Rules: -no recolors -no auto-rating -no low-effort OCs -don't get upset over a bad rating, the rating is only based on the looks -no uttp users -numberblocks are allowed (but they have to be special) -humans too -but no destroying Charlie’s rating stand -you must have at least a 5 or higher to pass -no QueenLisa and/or DAK0730 -do NOT remix when closed -Charlie won’t rate your OC when closed -breaking the rules results in an automatic 0 (or lower) 9/10 is ok as well :) and also... LAST!!!
