Here's the third (or fourth) project in my Be-YOU-tiful series, and the second in my Pride Month series. Yay! This one is about accepting and embracing your sexuality and gender. You guys get that by now. ^^ —————————————————————— IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ I put some special words in bold, and I did so because I want to explain them and my reasoning in the Notes and Credits. So scroll below when you get to the right slide so you can read my dumb thoughts lol ——————————— Slide #2 - Intro - "gender" I decided to expand upon the project by having it be about multiple things—your sexual orientation, gender, and gender identity because sexuality really is all of those things. Sexuality, for those of you who don't know, is basically just about the gender(s) you love and your own gender (because if you love girls—the gender you love—and you are a girl—the gender you are—you can define your sexuality [in this case, you're a lesbian]). But sexuality also has to do with other things, for example, how many people you can love at a time. Very complex stuff. xD ——————————— Slide #5 - Tip #1 - "queer and genderqueer" I just wanted to clarify: queer means that you think who you love is complicated, can't quite be defined, doesn't fit one definition, or changes, so you give it this one title. And genderqueer means that you feel the same about your gender/gender identity. Slide #10 - Tip #4 - "stereotypes" I just wanted to say that yes, there are a lot of stereotypes about how gay or straight people should act, I feel like people might disagree that they exist for some reason. —————————————————————— Okay, that was a long description.
