I know it isn't perfect, but I felt like animating something. I drew this in Inkscape (https://inkscape.org/) and then animated it (partly with Inkscape, partly with Scratch's built-in vector tools). The head, eye, wing, and dangling light are all different sprites, so their timing can be different. If you want to use this, please give credit. Instructions for using this in a game are in the project.
