Fran doesn't really understand everyday situations and is very naive. They're pretty goofy. Fran's one known power is being able to shapeshift. Fran's more of a gas form than a solid, easily shapes themself into whatever they want to be. For some reason, Fran rarely shapeshifts into a human. Backstory: ???
