It was obvious that 6 and 7 are decorated in their blocks, but of course not 16. If she had her blocks Decorated, she would look edgy. And i used 17's Violet Blocks as Rainbowish: Red, Orange, Yellow, Lime, Cyan, Indigo, Violet, since of 16 not being decorated, i decided to Update 17. That's all the Theory why i Updated 17.
