Here are the simple rules: 1. Do not argue if you're on a lower tier list. 2. The Unknown Tier doesn't mean it's extremely low, it means that I dont know your OC's powers. 3. You must respond how powerful your OC is. If not, they're going to the Unknown Tier. 4. No Crossovers, just OCs.
