Bomb Man is a Robot Master built by Dr. Light, and his weapon is Hyper Bomb. A.I.: Jumps across the screen, throwing bombs at the target when landing far enough away from it. Power Gear: Jumps and tosses lots of Hyper Bombs, can be very effective most of the time.
