Article I: Dominica will gain the land that he currently owns on the map. Article II: The rest of his occupied land will be returned to their respective nations. Article III: The land that was the rebellion will become the countries of Frozenland, Vojvodina and Baltica (Portavian Puppet) Article IV: Dominica will pay war reparations to the Coalition and Finn. Article V: No-one will be allowed to fly military planes over Finn. Article VI: The Intlandic area of Wisest will become independent. Article VII: The mainland area of Wisest will become a puppet of Dominica. Article VIII: The rest of Wisest will become a Ontarian puppet. Article IX: Smitchar will remain split between Soda, Portavia, Wisest and Ontario. Article X: Portavia, Wisest, Ontario or Soda cannot go to war with Dominica until the end of Windows 7 support, (Jan 14 2020) or vice versa. Signed: Portavia
