Press it to skip to the menu screen. On the menu, press play to begin. In game: use the arrow keys to move around and jump, avoid falling and spikes. Also, if you get stuck, or can't beat a level, press "S" to skip. (you cannot skip the last level.) After you beat the game, watch the closing cutscene.
