STORY: Before the current warriors were kits, a cat named Char took over the three Clans, FlightClan, TideClan, and QuakeClan. She abolished their naming system and structure, and, sending a viceroy to watch over each Clan, ruled them with an iron fist (or, rather, paw.) Now a new prophecy has come from Aire, the Star. The prophecy speaks of a cat with mystical power, called the Phoenix, who will lead the rebellion against Char and bring the Clans back to victory. But nobody knows who it is. All they know is that the cat will have ginger fur. So Moon, the oldest and wisest of FlightClan and best at interpreting Aire's prophecies, has decided to hold a competition to see which cat is the most worthy. (No, not like the Hunger Games...think the Triwizard Tournament with nine champions.) Nine flame-pelted cats will compete in different tasks to see which will show the supposed powers first, all while keeping the whole thing quiet from Char... Trust me, it's going to be a wild ride.
