to rotate: click the bar you want to rotate, then click on of the buttons in the corners. click the bar again to deselect it, or click on another bar. to move click and drag the bars around the screen to move them to free rotate: click the hidden button at the lower center of the screen, then click and drag the small circle to rotate your selected bar
