The 3 Russian letters Ё, Ы, and Э are so unhappy, they are not allowed in the Bulgarian alphabet. Э is really unhappy because Е has his sound. If they're in the Bulgarian Alphabet, then Э will punish Е forhaving his sound. He wants Е to just say "ye".
